Great service, loved my Hawaiian slice of pizza

Everything is very good!

Food is okay. Service is awful. I ordered from them every week, spending a bunch of money. They always take 30 minutes longer to deliver than promised. Last week I ordered $37 worth of food, it came late and they forgot my soda that I ordered. The delivery driver acted like he didn't know what I was talking about so I called the lady who always answers the phone and she said he would be right back to drop it off and never came. No apology no offer of a refund or credit for my next order. So I called my next order in and reminded her that they owe me a drink. She said she wasn't working that day, owes me nothing, and won't give me what I ordered. Never again will I order from them, there are plenty of better places to go to. Buyer beware.

They have a good selection of gourmet pizza by the slice. Slices are personal pizza sized. They also have other selections like sandwiches and salads.

Have ordered from them for years always very good. The food quality is excellent. The crust the dough all the ingredients are top notch. And it has been consistent for years. A lot of variety for toppings and speciality pizzas. The calzone and pizza rolls are both great too. Really good value for the money. The website and online ordering works well. I have never had an issue. Delivery is usually prompt. I have used them for parties and easily feed 50-80 people so I hat are able to support large orders like that. Eating is is an older pizza place vibe. We will continue to use them. Great food.

That's not the best. But no place is perfect.

Terrible, pizza arrived ice cold. Was pre made and they couldn’t be bothered to reheat it first. Save your money go elsewhere

Really not happy with their customer service tonight. Terrible experience with food quality and delivery so when I called to voice concerns, I get abruptly hung up on by Amanda. I guess they just don’t want to hear the truth! Order elsewhere!!

If you like NY style thin crust pizza that you can can eat with one hand, you can't go wrong with Peppas.

I often stop next door at the beer shop, and then head into here for a slice...never disappointed. Good assortment of flavorful pizza in a casual eating atmosphere.

Perfect lunch spot for a quick bite! Amazing salads, pizzas, wraps and grinders!!! They have indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio for those beautiful summer days!

Great pizza with really unique variaties. The slices are gigantic too! The building itself could use a bit of renovating, but the food makes up for it.

Great for specialty slices or the classic cheese and pepperoni pizzas, good ownership and is run very well.

The food may be good. But the customer service is horrible and denying someone service because you can't afford more delivery drivers is crazy. What's the point of two locations if you can't provide proper delivery service I've spent a lot of money with them, but I'll take my business where it's appreciated.

Usually its very good, however today my pizza slice was very soggy. Too much sauce maybe? Or just too thin of a crust. :(

The worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place! I ordered once about 2 weeks ago got great food amazing service.I never typically order from there but I wanted to try it.After my first experience I decided that would be my new place.I called this evening and ordered a couple of grinders and was told it would be 45 minutes for my delivery.After an hour and 10 minutes waiting i called to see what was going on and the lady proceeds to tell me that they have been calling and the driver was outside but left. So after going over everything she realized she took the wrong address and wrong phone number and they weren’t going to deliver at all since they were closing soon although it was no fault of my own that the information was taken down incorrectly.After I told her that it wasn’t my fault that my food should still be delivered she hung up on me I called back she picked up and hung up on me again.Completely unprofessional I will never order from there again!

Really good pie here. Big slices with thin flop crust. You can't just eat one slice!

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Everything from my grinder to even the sweet potato fries were on point, delivery was fast too despite the website's hour wait time I was given! I'll definitely be making this my new pizza place.

Unique pizza different every day. All you can eat Tuesdays by the alive with a drink.

It was delicious pizza. The girl behind the counter wasn't very personable but maybe she was having a bad day. I will go back.

Just waited an hour and a half for delivery. Now waiting some more as I heat up the ice cold food they delivered in the oven....even though THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE SAME STREET AS ME. What can I say? I'm not sure who owns this place, but for the last seven years that I have lived in this neighborhood, the restaurant has been run almost entirely by children. From the people who answer the phone's, go to the child who just delivered my cold food, I have never seen a single adult working in this establishment. It's like Lord of the Flies. That's not to say that the kids are nice, they are just unprofessional. I don't order from here very often, but when I do, it's routinely cold or just incorrect all together. I would have called tonight to complain about my cold food, but for what? To explain myself to a 16-year-old that's probably getting paid peanuts? The food itself is decent if you order in so I can't complain about that.

This is by far the BEST pizza place I have ever been to. Excellent pizza! And its creative too! Never had one bad thing happen here. If you want good quality pizza go here!

Great pizza! 2 slices are very filling. Sweet chilli is my favorite. Can't wait to go back againEdit: I have been eating here every few weeks for the last few months and haven't had a pizza I didn't like. Staff is always fantastic. Pricing on an extra large specially pizza of their quality is amazing and easily makes 2-3 meals for 2 people. Their menu always changes for "by the slice" with a few Staples being present always. (The sweet chili is always there and always welcome on my plate) Monday and Tuesday is all you can eat also. (I can't have more than 2 slices at any given time no matter how hungry I am but it's still cheaper than 2 slices any other day by a buck or so). Definitely recommend this place, it's the perfect "hole in the wall" pizza joint you can't help but tell your friends about.

Peppas by the Slice is hands down the best pizza in the Springfield area. From classic favorites like pepperoni to incredible inventions like tater tots and Buffalo chicken, you will be happy

It's no Wicked Slice, but best slice I've found around the Enfield area.

If you're at all worried about covid-19 safety guidelines, I'd recommend you try some place else for take out. None of the employees had masks except the cashier who wore one on her chin. There was also a mask-less customer who walked into the kitchen and started touching the food. This was a surprising and unpleasant experience to say the least. It's too bad. I've always enjoyed Peppas, but they need to do a better job when it comes to safety.

The All You Can Eat Lunch Special on Mondays and Tuesdays is the best! For a little over $10 you can get unlimited slices with a 20oz. Drink included

Great pizza slices! I recommend having which ever slice you pick for them to heat it up...microwaving is not a good choice for this kind of pizza. They have great grinders (steak and cheese) and really good french fries. Whether you dine in or take out, you won't be disappointed. On nice warm nights, grab a beer from the Beer Shop, order some slices, and eat outside. When ordering pizza, try some of their over the top slices. Plain cheese and pepperoni pizza is somewhat bland and the tomato sauce is rather sweet. Overall, this place is fantastic and very affordable!

Ive been going to Peppas for over a decade, and they have yet go disappoint me with their food. Pizza, grinders, calzones all amazing. The stuffed steakbomb pizza is on another level entirely.

We have been ordering from Peppa’s East Longmeadow since we moved here in December 2018 and they have been great! We ordered a sicillian pizza for lunch today and it was perfect from the crust and toppings! Thank you for everything that you do, especially during the pandemic! Stay awesome!

My son took me here for my Birthday. This place has the best selection of pizzas I've ever seen. Unique flavors and extremely fresh ingredients! Very reasonable prices and way more than either of us could eat. Come here with a big appetite, you won't be sorry.
